Position Summary: 

Establish and maintain an environment to support Easy Sales and Service.

General Purpose: 

Customer Service, Operations, Results, People Development, Sales Management

Role Qualifications:

  • Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service
  • Assist in coordinating and managing all store operations
  • Develop associates to achieve results

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Achieve store level sales and earning goals
  • Supervise store security and safety
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
