This position will own the development and ongoing oversight of our Retail P&M Customer Development Program. This position will partner with our Inside Sales team and P&M Supervisors in the areas of sales execution, named Account planning, large opportunity proposal development, customer “sales” workshops and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with P&M Sales leaders on performance measurement of Inside Sales team (IAM) and Retail Account Management program, includes reporting, etc. and adjusting strategy as needed

2. Provide analysis of accounts intended for IAM and Retail teams respectively and execute delivery of account distribution

3. Partner with Marketing to analyze impact of vertical categories and the inclusion of other sales driving initiative and/ or vehicles

4. Partner with Merchandising to analyze and measure impact of seasonal sales strategies, including sales contests, embedded CRM functionality, etc.

5. Develop and optimize strategy & ongoing process to support lead lifecycle

6. Supports all selling functions of Customer Development Program

7. Management and administrative functions of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool  

8. Liaison between IAM & P&M Retail to ensure CRM Tool operates effectively and develops new efficiencies to drive profitable sales growth

9. Partner with Learning & Development to develop training supporting Customer Development

10. Drives selling strategy and execution across specific assigned disciplines

11. Lead planning and/ or implementation of medium to large scale complex of programs

12. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans. Consolidates, communicates and ensures resolution of all issues

13. Represents the team at meetings and events, communicating strategy and priorities to senior level partners


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Retail environment (3-5 years)
  • Previous experience in Print & Marketing business 
  • Sales experience (consultation, relationship building)
  • Knowledge of the print industry 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong facilitation skills
