Purpose of job
Processes Customer Returns in a timely manner. Works under the direction of department supervisor or manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Processes Return authorizations for Customers
  • Co-ordinates inventory adjustments and credits with Call Centre and Inventory Control 
  • Inspects product to ensure proper type of credit issued
  • Organizes sellable product so that it is ready to go back into stock
  • Updates transactions using Sunbeam/Sunrise on a timely basis
  • Operates MHE as required
  • Attention to detail
  • Other duties may be assigned
Physical Demands / Working Conditions: 
  • Warehouse environment
  • Lifting up to 80lbs, without difficulty is needed 

Knowledge / Skill Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Fulfillment Centre operation
  • Lifting up to 80 lbs on a daily basis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer skills – Warehouse Management System, MS office, Outlook
Recommended Qualifications: 

  • Post-Secondary education
  • Previous experience in a Fulfillment Centre operation
