This position will be based out of our Fulfillment Centre at 1125 Vernon Dr., Vancouver
BC V6A 3P5.
Perform manual and system tasks to support inbound and
outbound furniture operations. Identifies and resolves issues in various
functional areas; receiving, put away, staging, loading, and shipping. Supports
and assembles “make ready” furniture to support efficient warehouse processing
and maximize warehouse space usage. Prepares paperwork and schedules for the
delivery of furniture on assigned routes with internal and external carriers while
meeting internal schedule and quality standards. Provides customer service to customers by
assisting with problem resolution as required.

pounds. With mechanical assistance,
employee will occasionally move up to 300 pounds. Will regularly operate warehouse equipment
that requires manual dexterity and use of lightweight tools requiring some
coordinated movements. Activities
include using a forklift or pallet jack to move furniture; and lightweight
tools to assemble furniture.

environment. While performing the duties
