Position Summary:
The Product Manager III will be an integral member of the Nexus Agile Pod working with a wide range of stakeholders including Business Owners, and Engineering team members on an important project with a high degree of visibility and a significant impact on Customer Service, Finance, and Compliance operations.  We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive the future of this critical platform.  A successful candidate will have an established background in developing online customer-facing experiences, process and data flows, data mapping, and the motivation to achieve results in a faced paced environment. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and analyze internal and external customer needs, opportunities, and gaps and translate into solutions/product features to deliver a world class customer service application.
  • Create and refine artifacts such as use cases, user stories, data maps, and process flows to communicate features to both the engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Map processes, identify process improvements, and influence team and stakeholders.
  • Manage and drive short-term feature delivery schedule.
  • Proactively identify and raise issues that may compromise feature delivery success.  Partner with stakeholders and engineering team members on solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders throughout the process, including solicitation of input and feature demos
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Perform user acceptance testing on new features.
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently and work within tight deadlines to balance workload effectively.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years applicable experience e.g. experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, building wireframes, and creating artifacts to inform software engineers of the development needs


  • High energy, detail-oriented, and organized, with a strong ability to support multiple simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensively outward facing, with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills preferably with past experience in a client service environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals
  • Experience in a large ecommerce or other b2b or consumer facing technology/web environment
  • Working knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Word)
  • Creative problem solver – ability to analyze complex data and user requests into simple design approved solutions
  • Experience facilitating meetings and managing conflict
  • Elicit and analyze requirements and define scope objectives
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts to include data mapping and gap analysis. 
  • Experienced and effective communication and ability to influence all levels of management and stakeholders
