Description
In partnership with Talent CoE, deploy a variety of solutions within the Shared Service Center, including the following:
  1. Learning & Development:  deploy enterprise learning solutions to drive knowledge transfer and business impact; identify development opportunities (i.e. stretch assignments/action learning assignments) to support the development of the organization’s high potential talent; proactively suggest new methodologies to accelerate associate retention and skill readiness; Learning must be engaging, realistic and include key examples and case studies.    
  2. Coaching:  Manage/engage in coaching relationships as part of talent and learning programs; provide managers with the performance support tools and individual feedback needed to help reinforce learning
  3. Train-the-Trainer:  conduct and support train-the-trainer certifications and provide facilitation guidance and mentoring support to regional facilitators; coordinate external certifications and accreditations of leadership development programs
  4. Onboarding:  Assist in the deployment of enterprise onboarding and ensure functional onboarding processes/programs are in place
  5. Team Effectiveness:  Support strategies to ensure business and teams can strive to be a high performing team. Facilitate a wide range of meetings, given variability of group size, make-up, business priorities, cultures, type/sensitivity of topics and team/organizational dynamics.   
  6. Metrics:  Track key metrics and business performance and providing feedback to the management team

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skill Requirements 

  • BA/BS with 3-5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development
  • Successful track record managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter, results oriented and take ownership
  • Collaborates closely with individuals across business units and levels
  • Ability to work in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment where priorities may change 
  • Design and adult learning (e.g., ADDIE Model, Design Thinking, Kirkpatrick Model, Bloom’s Taxonomy) knowledge
  • Effective coaching & facilitation skills
