Responsible for remote pre-sales support of generalists and/or specialists when required by providing more technical product expertise with a focus on Breakroom. Facility Solutions SCs focus on pre-sales support as needed, from defining customer needs via the initial Discovery call, building the program, helping prep the sales presentation, to negotiating the contract, and potentially on some sales logistics (e.g., order placement). Facility Solutions SCs are partners to sellers and can close and place orders (although not incented on revenue). They can also communicate directly with the customer to help define customer needs.
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
