Description

Position Summary:

 

Responsible for remote pre-sales support of generalists and/or specialists when required by providing more technical product expertise with a focus on Breakroom. Facility Solutions SCs focus on pre-sales support as needed, from defining customer needs via the initial Discovery call, building the program, helping prep the sales presentation, to negotiating the contract, and potentially on some sales logistics (e.g., order placement). Facility Solutions SCs are partners to sellers and can close and place orders (although not incented on revenue). They can also communicate directly with the customer to help define customer needs.

 

 

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

       
  • Remotely collect information about customer and site(s) as requested by sellers and routed to them by central LOB SC team within each category
  •    
  • Understand and define customer needs based on initial Discovery call
  •    
  • Help build program proposal and create sales presentation for seller to present to customer
  •    
  • Help negotiate the contract and submit follow-on requests for the order (i.e., pricing, implementation)
  •    
  • Use reporting tools to keep seller updated after discussion with customer (pre-sales)
  •    
  • Reroute opportunities to the right team, if different support need is identified


  • Communicate effectively through video for sales support activities with customers and internal partners

Qualifications

Basic:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience

 

 

 

Preferred:

 

  • Strong computer experience in MS Office Platforms, AS400
  • Breakroom (and/or Facilities) industry/product knowledge – ability to anticipate competitive positioning and respond accordingly; knowledge of current industry trends in order to recommend relevant and leading edge solutions to customers
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams
  • Highly adaptable – able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Highly organized – detail oriented and able to multi-task
