Position Summary

As part of the Quill.com Agency, this position is a perfect entry opportunity for a career in account management. The role provides project management support for a variety of print, web and email initiatives. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and desire the responsibility to lead projects, learn how to craft a strategic point of view and drive flawless execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating project schedules, managing the creative development process, preparing meeting notes and coordinating production with print vendors. All of this requires daily collaboration with the entire Agency team, Marketing and Merchandising.

 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Agency documentation including creative briefs, cost estimates, agendas, production calendars, meeting summaries, status updates, and approvals
  • Meet job deadlines by creating schedules, setting priorities, communicating changes and routing jobs to completion
  • Maintain a high level of quality by following and enforcing creative brand standards
  • Manage a diverse workload by balancing and prioritizing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Partner with Marketing and Merchandising departments and collaborate with Agency team members

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail/advertising experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills; both oral and written
  • Must be motivated, highly organized, adaptable, detail oriented and have excellent time-management skills
  • Comfortable with and capable of managing several projects simultaneously
  • Fun-loving, creative and ambitious with a passion for teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
