Position Summary: 
US Retail implemented and everyday value strategy that is delivering excellent results. Based on the performance there is excitement to add thousands of items to the program. To reach that scale the initiative requires a Program Manager focused on all facets of the program. The Program Manager is responsible for reporting results to the organization at the total initiative level vs. budget, and at class / item level to the merchant -planner organization. The Program Manager is also responsible for growing and optimizing the initiative by continuing to test and learn. The Program Manager will work cross functionally with many parts of the organization including Store Operations, Inventory Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Space Planning. The Program Manager will also be responsible for operationalizing all aspects of the initiative. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Report results to Leadership, Merchandising, and Field associates 
  • Partner with Data Science team to deliver different models to support on-going test and learn opportunities
  • Optimize offering as a base strategy and a seasonal strategy
  • Work closely with Inventory Control to ensure stores have enough in-store and on-shelf product to support customer demand 
  • Partner with Store Operations to provide the stores the necessary tools to effectively sign the program 
  • Evaluate store audits for proper execution and inventory levels 
  • Continually monitor and adjust for items working vs. not working
  • Work with Store Operations and Communication teams to plan adjustments to the program 
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to operationalize the program and work with partners to implement new solutions 
  • Capture the data for all actions put into market


Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree

Minimum Prior Related Work Experience Typically Required: 

  • 6 to 8 years

Essential Skills Required: 

  • Proven skills in Project Management, team leadership, organization, communication (verbal & written), process/financial management, problem resolution, strategic planning and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to interface successfully with various personalities, cultures and work environments.
  • Must be able to readily adjust priorities and tasks in response to business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Word) 
  • Detail Oriented and the ability to manage a large volume of detail.
  • Candidate must demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects and task simultaneously and to work within tight deadlines and balance workload effectively
