As a leader on Platform and Network Engineering team, you will be responsible for building and implementing a framework for managing contract compliance for the Staple’s managed services partners. This role will interface with key technical delivery leaders along with application and business stakeholders to ensure Staples achieves full value from their managed service agreements.

Position Summary:
This position is critical to the success of Staples infrastructure IT outsourcing success. The individual in this role will be responsible for holding both Staples vendors and internal resources accountable to managed service agreements.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Design framework for tracking key contract deliverables and obligations and vendor compliance to those objectives.
• Drive Continuous improvement with managed service vendors
• Partner with Staples SLA management team to measure and report vendor compliance to SLAs.
• Participate in Monthly and quarterly review meetings.
• Prepare regular service Gap-analysis and present to senior management
• Work with Staples contract team to evaluate negotiate contract change requests
• Ensure that vendors enforcing IT processes that are compliant with corporate polices and external regulatory requirements, including PCI and SOX
• Work with technical team to validate resource units and billing
• Manage contract document library with effective revision control
• Manage vendor purchase orders and invoicing.
• Provide program support for Cloud operations team

• Providing program support to the cloud operations team in the establishment of best practices and operational processes.  


Basic Skills:
• 10-15 years of related work experience 
• BS/BA required
• Advanced knowledge for productivity tools (Microsoft Office, BI, Sharepoint)
• Travel 10% on average

• Strong attention to detail 
• Self-starter
• Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience with CI/CD using Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins
